We staffed the tower for the Order of the Arrow Wauna La-Mon’tay lodge’s Rendezvous. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t as nice as for the March SuperWeekend, with constant rain all afternoon. Even with the Oregon sunshine, we had more than 30 climbers come out for both climbing and rappelling. We opened the inside rappel and many Scouts got to jump off a building for the first time. Many thanks to Jason and Trevor for belaying all afternoon in the rain while the “old guys” ran the inside rappel inside the tower :-). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
